Privacy & early access
This notice describes the current Solo Director early-access service operated by Sasa Savic. For questions, feedback, data requests or to ask about removing an account, contact sasa@savicsoft.com.
Your account and plans
Solo Director stores your account email, authentication records, project plans and related metadata on its server so you can sign in and work with your projects. Sign-in uses an email code when available, with existing password sign-in supported. Browser refresh credentials use an HttpOnly cookie; the public homepage does not read them.
AI requests and storyboard images
When you request AI planning or Helper work, relevant instructions, project content and supplied creator/channel context are sent to DeepSeek. When you request storyboard generation, the visual brief, relevant character/style settings and selected reference images are sent to Runware. Uploaded and generated storyboard images are stored in private server storage linked to your project. These services process the requests under their own terms and policies. Avoid including sensitive personal information in AI inputs.
AI output can contain errors. Plans, Helper proposals and image-generation estimates require your review. A sketch does not prove that an event happened, and exact character consistency is not guaranteed.
Your recorded footage
Recorded footage and files selected for local media organization stay on your device. The organizer does not upload the video contents. Plans, take metadata and storyboard images are separate from recorded video files.
Offline storage and preferences
If you enable offline access, the app stores account-scoped plans and pending changes on that device and synchronizes supported changes while connected. Storyboard images can be explicitly cached for offline access. The web application uses a service worker for its offline shell. The public homepage stores an optional language preference and a nonsecret signed-in hint used to open the app; it does not store access tokens in localStorage. Shared or public devices should be signed out when you finish.
Operational information and feedback
The service records operational information such as request failures, generation usage and costs to operate and troubleshoot the app. The public homepage has no advertising tracker or third-party marketing analytics. Email feedback is used to respond and improve the product; please remove private information from screenshots before sending them.
Retention and requests
Plans and storyboard files persist so that your projects remain available. Deleting a project removes its associated app data through the supported project workflow. Backups may retain older copies temporarily. We do not currently offer self-service account deletion or publish a fixed retention schedule; email us for a data or deletion request.
Early-access expectations
The app is free to try during early access, subject to AI usage limits. Features, allowances and availability may change. There is no in-app billing or promise of perpetual free service. Keep copies of important plans and original footage. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. This service helps plan and track production; it is not a video editor or a cloud backup for recorded footage.
